Advanced data protection

Because sensitive data is meant to be kept private. You’re in control with the NC° app.

Your privacy is a top priority for us. To protect your data, we use strong security measures, such as encryption and pseudonymization. Encryption scrambles your information so it can only be read with a special key, keeping it safe from unintended recipients. Pseudonymization replaces identifying details (like your name or email) with codes, so your data can’t be directly linked back to you without additional data.
For extra protection, you can turn on Face ID when logging in to the app on an iOS device. This adds a secure layer of biometric authentication, making it harder for anyone else to access your account.
You’re in control of your data, and we are committed to helping you manage and protect it. You can request to delete data at any time, and when there’s no longer a reason for us to keep it, we have processes in place for anonymizing your Personal Data to safeguard your privacy. With your permission, we may share anonymized data with trusted research partners or universities to support studies that advance women’s health.
