This FAQ does not include digital purchases such as the monthly or annual subscriptions that are bought through the Apple App store or directly through Natural Cycles. Only purchases of physical items purchased in our webshop are included. 

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase, as we do not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years) without parental consent. 

 

1 Payment & Delivery

What payment methods do you have?
We take credit/debit cards and PayPal payments.

What are your estimated shipping times?
Due to the local delivery and customs handling, the estimated shipping time varies depending on the country. You can find the latest ETAs here.

Where are you shipping from and how will my package be sent?
This depends on the shipping address you provide, but we always choose the best location for you. We have 6 fulfillment centers spread across the United States, United Kingdom and Sweden. 

You should receive an email with your tracking details. In the event that the delivery attempt fails, you should contact the carrier to coordinate a scheduled delivery or pickup of your goods. 

What happens if my item is out of stock?
We do our best to update our webshop to only display items in stock. In the event an item is not in stock, we will notify you when the stock becomes available, while presenting alternative options for your order. 

When it comes to a multiple product order and something is not in stock, we will either re-order or delete the item from the order unless delivery can be made within a reasonable time. With an extra delivery, the extra shipping fee will not be at the customer’s expense. 

What happens if my order is going to be late?
Should there be an extensive delay in delivery time (10 or more days), you have the right to cancel your order. We can cancel the original order and refund you. Should you still want the product, we will further investigate the shipment and determine the best way forward. 

I did not receive what I ordered, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived, please send an email to info@naturalcycles.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and prepare a new order for you. 

Can I get express shipping?
At this time, we are only offering standard shipping with tracking capabilities. 

What happens if I have written the incorrect address?
Please check your delivery address before you complete your purchase and add a C/O name if you are not listed as a resident for the shipping address. After completing your purchase, you will not be able to change any information.

 

2 Prices and Customs

What does the shipping fee cost?
We have a fixed shipping cost of $6. 

Do I pay VAT?
Yes, the VAT of 25% is included in the price. This is the tax rate in Sweden for non consumable products.

Do you accept prepayments or payment instalments? 
No, we do not at the moment.

Do I have to pay for customs?
You may need to pay for customs. All customs’ laws are different, so please check your country’s customs’ laws before ordering.

 

3 Warranty and Insurance

Do I have any warranty on your products?
Yes, as a customer at the Natural Cycles webshop you have a two year warranty on the basal thermometer (Celsius) and a one year warranty on the other thermometers. Other items do not have a warranty. See section “Complaints” for more information on how to file a complaint if you have an issue with a product without warranty.

When is a warranty not valid?
The warranty is not valid when a product is accidentally broken due to neglect, when broken due to overvoltage/damage due to lightning, abnormal usage or if you have not followed the included maintenance and service instructions.

My package is damaged, what do I do?
Goods that are damaged upon arrival can be reported to info@naturalcycles.com.

 

4 Returns

Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled. Items can however be returned if you regret your purchase.

Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you have the right to return a webshop purchase within 14 days, if the item is unopened. Please be aware that intimate products such as vibrators, condoms, female sanitary products, and pelvic floor trainers cannot be returned at all for hygiene reasons.

You are responsible for the item until the return has reached us. Please ensure the item is in the condition you received it and packaged in a way to avoid damage during the return..

Please send an email to info@naturalcycles.com and you will be given an address for returns.

How long does it take for me to get refunded for my return?
Any refunds will be done within 15 days from when we receive the returned items, we will keep you updated via email.

 

5 Complaints

Can I submit a complaint about an item from Natural Cycles?
Yes, of course. Due to the consumer purchase law in Sweden, you have a three year period to make a complaint. To be able to submit a complaint, you must be able to prove that the fault of the item was there when the purchase was made and it must be done within a reasonable time from when you discovered the fault.

How long does it take for me to get refunded after a complaint?
Any refunds will be done within 15 days from when a decision was made on the complaint. We will keep you updated via email.
