Terms of Service

1. Introduction

This document (and the other documents mentioned below) contains the NatrualCycles (“NC,” also referred to as “We,” “Us,” “Our” and “Ours”) Terms of Service (TOS) applicable to purchases of goods on our website, www.naturalcycles.com/shop (“Webshop”) by consumers (“You,” “Your” and “Yours”).  These TOS do not apply to “Products” or “Services” available through our website at  www.naturalcycles.com. The rules, specifications, and requirements for Your use of Our websites, Products, and Services are contained in the NaturalCycles Terms of Use (“TOU”), found at www.naturalcycles.com/other/legal/terms 

These TOS should be read in conjunction with both Our TOU and Our Privacy Policy, all of which apply to purchases of goods using Webshop.  By placing and order for any item available on Webshop, You agree to be bound by these three documents.

We reserve the right to amend these TOS from time to time, with or without notice to You.  Please read these TOS prior to making a purchase on Webshop.

3. Your personal and purchase information

The personal data and purchase information that you leave will be processed in accordance with our Our Privacy Policy.

By making a purchase on this Webshop, you agree to the processing of personal data and purchase information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. You also represent that the personal information you have provided is accurate and truthful.

3.1 By initiating and completing a purchase, you also warrant that you are of legal age (18 years). Minors under the age or 18 years old are not authorized to make purchases or otherwise use Our Products or Services.


4. Product availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue offering any item made available on Webshop, with or without advance notice to You. 

4.1 If an item you order is out of stock at the time of purchase, We will send the item to you as soon as practicable after we receive additional stock. 

4.2 In the event that you purchase multiple items in a single transaction and one of the items ordered is not in stock, We reserve the right to divide the order if the entire order cannot be filled in a reasonable time. In the event that we do divide a multiple-item order because one or more of the items are not in stock, you will only be charged a shipping fee upon the initial shipment. As long as the item(s) not available at the time of the initial shipment exceed $17 USD (including applicable Value Added Tax).

4.3 Should there be any unresolvable supply issues for the new delivery of the sold-out item, or if the total of the new delivery is under $17 USD, a refund will be made in lieu of sending the ordered item(s), and an email with the refund information will be sent.

5. Delivery

5.1 Standard delivery
Except as described above in 4.1 and 4.2, We generally ship within 24 hours from the time an order is placed and the estimated shipping time is:

Up to 6 business days within Scandinavia
Up to 8 business days to the rest of Europe
Up to 10 business days to North America
Up to 30 business days to the rest of the world  

If the delivery is made after 12 a.m a business day before a weekend or bank day, the processing of the order will not commence until the next working day.

5.2 Express delivery
We do not offer any express delivery.

5.3 Custom fee
Additional fees and taxes may apply, depending on the fees and taxes of the country to which an item is shipped.  These additional fees or taxes are Your responsibility.  We are not obligated to cover country-specific, customs fees or taxes. 

5.4 If we inadvertently ship the wrong item or an incorrect quantity, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the error. You can do this by emailing to info@naturalcycles.com. We will respond shortly with instructions on how to return the wrong order, or with information on when you can expect a new delivery with the  correct products (as applicable).

6. The right of cancellation and Warranties

6.1 Warranty
We provide a two (2) year replacement warranty on purchases of the Basal thermometer.  During the two-year warranty time, We will replace the Basal thermometer if it malfunctions for reasons other than accidental or intentional damage, neglect, overload/thunder, abnormal use or if the instructions for maintenance and service instructions were not followed.

Except as stated above, Items that are warrantable will be repaired. If if repair is not feasible, then at Natural Cycles’ sole option, We will exchange the product for another item with equivalent function/performance.

For legal persons, the manufacturer's stated warranty is only applied, see the product's packaging or manual.

6.2 Return policy
We accept returns of items purchased on Webshop purchase within 14 days from the day of purchase. For multiple item purchases, the 14-day return period commences from the date of receipt of the last item in an order.  Digital products such as the Natural Cycles subscriptions or gift cards are excluded from the above return policy and We do not accept returns or provide refunds for Our subscriptions or gift cards for Our Products or Services. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, refunds will only be given for items that are returned undamaged, and unopened in the original packaging and no refunds are not available for intimate products, including but not limited to, vibrators, condoms, female sanitary products, and pelvic floor trainers.
We do not assume responsibility for any item unless and until it is received by us in accordance with the above criteria,  You are responsible for packaging the item in so that it arrives to Us in an undamaged manner.  
Refunds will be made in approximately 15 days from the date that we receive the returned item.

7. Complaints

7.1 For purchases made in Sweden, in accordance with Swedish law, the time to file a complaint that an item purchased on Webshop is defective is 3 years. To be able to successfully claim the item was defective, You must: 1) be able to prove that the defect in the item existed at the time of purchase, and 2) file the complaint within a reasonable time from when you discover ,or should have discovered, the defect.

You file a complaint by emailing info@naturalcycles.comIf the issue cannot be rectified except by returning the item, you will receive an address from us where your return should be sent. We will refund your return cost when we have received the item and the complaint approved.
If the product cannot be feasibly repaired or replaced with a functionally equivalent item, We will refund the amount of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if any.  Any such refunds will be processed in approximately fifteen (15) days from the date we decide the item cannot feasibly be repaired or replaced.

For complaints and comments about our products, please contact our customer service at info@naturalcycles.com.

For Swedish purchasers of Webshop items, if you are unhappy with our handling of your case, please contact the Swedish General Complaints Board (ARN, www.arn.se). We comply with the decision of the General Complaints Board in connection with an appeal.


8. Prices and payments

8.1 Value Added Taxes (“VAT”)
Any applicable VAT is included in the price.

8.2 Prices
We reserve the right to change our prices in response to economic conditions (e.g taxes and fees, commodity prices or exchange rates change).

8.3 Payment methods
We accept debit/credit card or PayPal for Webshop purchases. If the required payment information is not filled out, the order will not be completed.

8.4 Payment safety
The payment system We use is an affiliated company to PayPal.  That company maintains the same level of security as PayPal.
When you pay with a credit/debit card to pay online you will not only need to add card number or expiration date, but you will be asked for a safety code. We are unable to complete a purchase using a credit or debit card without this information. 

9. Force Majeure

NC will not be responsible for penalties associated with failure to comply with these TOS if the failure is due to unforeseen circumstances which may prevent, obstruct or delay Our performance.  These unforeseen circumstances include but are not limited to: government action or failure, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, tampering, major accident or other types of natural disaster (“Force Majeure”). Force Majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect market and products, e.g. restrictions on the indication, warning texts, sales prohibition etc., an abnormal decline in the market, or if We are exposed to criminal activity that affects Our business.
