Common questions
Yes! Before your pregnancy is far enough along to do a dating scan, your doctor will calculate your due date based on when your last period started. This assumes that you ovulated on day 14 of your cycle, which might not be the case.
When you use Natural Cycles to plan your pregnancy, the algorithm knows the exact day you conceived because it will be the same as your confirmed ovulation day.
Your due date will then be 38 weeks after your conception date in the app. Pregnancy technically starts on this day, but the NC° app adds an additional 14 days before. This is done to align with the way that healthcare professionals count.
Since the algorithm calculates your exact ovulation day based on the data you add, the due date in the NC° app may be different from the one you get from your doctor.
On top of all the other trackers available in other modes, NC° Follow Pregnancy unlocks additional pregnancy-related trackers such as vaginal discharge, chloasma, pelvic pain, swelling, heartburn, baby movements, contractions, exhaustion, sensitivity to smell, morning sickness, etc.

You can switch modes in the app at any time by tapping the top menu > Settings > Mode.
You will also be automatically switched to NC° Follow Pregnancy if you log a positive pregnancy test in the NC° Plan Pregnancy mode.
