This means your cycle data is de‑identified — even our team can’t trace it back to you. Only a few, specially trained team members can access limited data, and only when necessary to provide you with support.

For extra protection, you can turn on Face ID when logging in to the app. This adds a secure layer of biometric authentication, making it harder for anyone else to access your account. We use advanced security standards behind the scenes, so your data stays private & protected, just as it should.

You’re in control of your data, and we are committed to helping you manage and protect it. You can request to delete data at any time, and when there’s no longer a reason for us to keep it, your information gets anonymized or automatically deleted to safeguard your privacy. With your permission, we may share anonymized data with trusted research partners or universities to support studies that advance women’s health.
