Natural Cycles is the first and only app of its kind to be FDA Cleared and CE Marked. Most other fertility apps assume your cycle is 28 days long. This means the fertile window they give you is not tailored to you. Our algorithm significantly reduces the risk of you being assigned an incorrect fertile day as it uses your personal data. This reduces the risk of unwanted pregnancy, or can help you plan pregnancy with greater precision.

There are three good reasons we ask you to pay to use Natural Cycles:

1. We charge a subscription in order to protect you and your data. Free apps need to make money, so many of them do so by sharing or selling their users’ data to third parties for advertising. We will never sell your data because our users' privacy is paramount to us. 
2. All ways of preventing pregnancy cost money both to make and supply, but you don't always need to cover the cost. If you live in the US and have health insurance, you can now get your Natural Cycles subscription covered by insurance (we’re also covered by FSA/HSA). 
3. Finally, we are so much more than a fertility app. We push for progress in under-researched areas of women’s health and strive to educate and empower women with our work in the reproductive health field. Check our science page for more info.
