Request a NC° Birth Control prescription through our telehealth partner. This prescription will be sent directly to Alto Pharmacy.
Pharmacy coverage
Our exclusive partner, Alto Pharmacy, handles your prescription claim from here. Create an account with Alto to receive updates and ask questions about your claim.
Enjoy 12 months, covered
If approved by insurance, Alto Pharmacy will email a personal link to redeem 12 months of NC° Birth Control covered.

Yes, you can either get a prescription from our telehealth partner through the link above, or your doctor/OB-GYN can send the prescription to Alto Pharmacy.
Your doctor/OB-GYN can send your Natural Cycles Birth Control prescription electronically to any of Alto's locations or they can write you a prescription and fax it (1-415-484-7058).
(Natural Cycles does not need a copy of your prescription, the prescription should only be sent to Alto Pharmacy for processing).

We recommend following the upfront prescription process listed here on our NC° Insurance Hub, instead of the medical reimbursement claim process for coverage.
The reimbursement process requires users to submit a medical claim to their insurance and handle the entire process on their own after purchasing a Natural Cycles subscription.
The upfront prescription route allows our users the opportunity to pursue coverage before purchasing a subscription out-of-pocket, and Alto Pharmacy works directly with insurance to handle the process for our users.
Our users should follow the steps above before purchasing a Natural Cycles subscription for the first time or 4-6 weeks before an upcoming subscription renewal.
