If you’re an existing Natural Cycles user, you can access the discount link on the Buy Extra Supplies page in the Natural Cycles app.
Your Natural Cycles subscription will be active as soon as you subscribe. This will give you time to familiarize yourself with the Natural Cycles app and complete the onboarding process.
The discount applies to Oura Ring 4 in Silver, Black, Stealth, Brushed Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold — while supplies last. It excludes all other products, styles, and finishes.
To pair your Natural Cycles app with the Oura Ring, you’ll need a Natural Cycles subscription and an Oura Membership.
An active Oura Membership ensures that Oura can process specific and necessary data from your Oura Ring. Without an Oura Membership, your temperature trends won’t be able to sync with the Natural Cycles app to identify your daily fertility status.
The Natural Cycles app doesn’t share any sensitive data with Oura. The partnership is a one-way integration. Oura will only share sleep data with Natural Cycles (which includes temperature trends, heart rate, sleep length, and sleep stages) if an Oura user gives explicit consent. If you give this explicit consent, Natural Cycles will have access to your Oura sleep data, but Oura will not have access to any of your Natural Cycles data.

The Natural Cycles algorithm analyzes hormone-driven temperature changes to detect your fertile window. For this reason, tracking your temperature is integral to your NC° experience.
We offer three device options, making it easy to choose one that suits your lifestyle. Temperature data can be collected overnight using the NC° Band, Oura Ring, or a compatible Apple Watch. Each collects your temperature and syncs data seamlessly with the Natural Cycles app. No matter which you choose, the effectiveness of Natural Cycles remains the same — 93% with typical use and 98% with perfect use.
