Yes. However, we recommend only switching to a new measuring device at the start of a new cycle.
Please keep in mind that you should avoid switching measuring devices too often and you can't use two devices at the same time.
When should I measure?
Simply put your wearable on before you go to bed, and it will measure while you sleep.
If you sometimes forget to measure your temperature, it will not impact the effectiveness of Natural Cycles as birth control. That said, less temperature data will make it harder for the algorithm to identify your fertile window.
We recommend adding five temperatures per week to get the most out of the Natural Cycles app.
